LAD® - Pinch Valve

The LAD® Pinch Valve operates by compressing the internal   sleeve through manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic means to open and regulate the valve according to specific requirements.
This design offers three key advantages:
1、 The sleeve material is an all-pass elastic sleeve without gaps or dead corners, which prevents turbulence and wear, extending its lifespan.
2、When fully closed, this valve ensures bidirectional shut-off with zero leakage.
3、The integration of the sleeve with the pipeline system ensures self-cleaning during every opening and closing operation, preventing blockages and dirt accumulation and reducing maintenance costs.
The sleeve manufacturing process includes two methods: molding and manual crafting. It allows for customization of non-standard sizes or variations, such as reduction, enlargement, warp, and thickness alterations, for different types of sleeves. Material options include natural rubber (black rubber), LNT (special red rubber by LAD), EPDM, and butyl rubber. Various formulations cater to diverse operational conditions.
The application areas include mining, chemical, power, petroleum, environmental protection, and other industries.

GJE41 Series

The new Pinch Valve from LAD uses various materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. It comes in two structures: closed and bare. Additional components, such as a positioner, solenoid valve, limit switch, air filter, and junction box, can be retrofitted for remote control. The valve body has a flat and aesthetically pleasing appearance and can be painted. It is an ideal substitute for imported valves. The sleeve is handmade using solid-liquid, two-phase rubber as the main material, reinforced with cord fabric, and finally synthesized with natural rubber. It is lined for added durability.

LAD® - Slurry Knife Gate Valve

The LAD Slurry Knife Gate Valve operates by manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic methods to control the opening and closing of the valve. As the valve plate opens, symmetric elastic rubber rings are squeezed together under high pressure until they seal, creating a valve pressure channel that provides an unobstructed flow path and protects metal components from wear during fluid flow. As the valve plate slides, gaps are created between the previously adjacent rubber rings, allowing any medium that could block the valve to escape. When the valve is closed, the rubber rings press against the knife gate, forming a sealed condition that isolates upstream and downstream.
This type of valve meets various standards for wear, corrosion, temperature, and pressure. It can handle slurries or dry materials, and it can easily handle large quantities of heavy particles and mixtures. Metal components do not come into contact with the slurry, effectively extending their service life. Using bubble sealing technology and equipped with a dynamically adaptive secondary seal, it can prevent leakage risks downstream. In addition, maintenance is cost-effective as it only requires the replacement of rubber rings. Applications include mining, power, steel and metals, chemicals, cement, silica sand, pulp and paper, phosphate, and more.

Z42J Series

LAD's Company's rubber-lined gate valve is a common type of gate valve made of riveted carbon steel with wedge-shaped sealing sides. This design allows for the opening or closing of media flow in pipelines. However, wedge gate valves are not suitable for partial opening due to the high-velocity flow of the medium, which can cause erosion and accelerate damage to the sealing surface. Therefore, they cannot be used as throttling devices in pipeline applications. The rubber-lined gate valve is easy to operate and supports various actuation modes, including manual, worm, and electric. The valve body's internal rubber lining uses a special rubber from LAD Company, which provides high abrasion resistance and corrosion protection. The rubber lining layer is repairable, ensuring low maintenance costs.

H44J Series

The LAD's Company's rubber-lined check valve is designed for installation in horizontal pipelines. The valve body has a swing-type carbon-steel riveted structure. When the valve is opened, the pressure of the medium in the designed flow direction pushes the valve disc open, allowing the valve to function normally. When the valve is closed, the backflow pressure forces the disc tightly against the sealing surface of the valve body, preventing slurry backflow. Proper orientation is crucial when installing the valve since it cannot be installed upside down. The c sleeven model must meet the pipeline's working pressure requirements. The valve body's internal rubber lining uses a special rubber from LAD Company, which provides high abrasion resistance and corrosion protection. The rubber lining layer is repairable, contributing to lower maintenance costs.
