LAD's Company's combination through-penetration slurry knife gate valve is made of materials such as cast iron. It allows for optional attachments such as solenoid valves, limit switches, and air source filters. The areas traversed by the fluid flow are fully rubber-lined, allowing quick and convenient replacement of vulnerable parts for ease of assembly and cost-effectiveness.
Two critical aspects highlight the valve's robust sealing characteristics:
The seat uses movable sealing technology. The "O" ring's preload force holds the seat firmly against the valve plate, significantly minimizing potential leakage.
In addition, an automatic compensation feature is incorporated to counteract the long-term wear of sealing components. This feature extends the life of the material and eliminates problems such as air leaks, water seepage, dripping, or leakage during transport.
Rubber lining materials include options such as natural rubber (black rubber),LNT (a special red rubber from LAD Company), EPDM, and butyl rubber. These materials are formulated for different operating conditions. Blade plate material options include 304, 316/2205, and others.
