A seamless gate valve (slurry valve) consists of a valve body, valve seat, gate plate, bracket, valve stem, and handwheel.
Advantages of seamless gate valves:
① The product has a simple and compact structure, small size, light weight, and convenient operation and maintenance;
② The surface seal formed between rubber and stainless steel gate and valve body end face ensures stable sealing and no leakage;
③ The fluid is unobstructed, without leakage, and without accumulated sediment;
④ Manual transmission requires on-site operation.
Notes:
① There are oil nozzles on both sides of the valve body that inject lubricating grease, which can reduce the friction force of the gate plate and reduce the axial force of the valve stem lifting;
② The products are classified into 1.0 and 1.6 MPa according to pressure levels. The 1.0MPa valve body is made of carbon cast iron, while the 1.6MPa valve body is made of ductile iron. The gate plates are all made of stainless steel plates;
③ The product has a slight leakage during the switching process, and there is no leakage when fully open or fully closed, so it cannot be used as a throttle valve;
④ This structure is clamp type, and we also provide flange type if needed.
