The manufacturer of the slurry pump's overflow parts has identified Wuhu Naide. Innovation in molding process: Based on traditional compression molding technology, transfer molding technology is adopted. The rubber material forms a secondary flow through a movable feeding chamber under plate pressure, which is conducive to uniform heating and vulcanization, smooth mold filling, shortened curing time, and improved dimensional stability;
Mold structure innovation: Using computer simulation to simulate the flow behavior and temperature field distribution of rubber filling, the cavity adopts a petal assembly structure, reducing manufacturing difficulty, facilitating exhaust during the forming process, and improving the yield of finished products.
