This is a steel large diameter pipe clamp valve independently developed by Naide, with flange connection and electric actuator drive, with a specification of DN1000.

1. The valve body adopts carbon steel riveting welding. The valve stem and pipe clamp are both 2Cr13, ensuring that the switch is lightweight and free of jamming.
2. For use in highly acidic environments, we generally recommend using ductile iron or carbon steel valve bodies, sandblasting the surface and spraying anti-corrosion paint 150-200 μ m. The valve stem and pipe clamp are made of 316 or 316L material, ensuring that the opening and closing parts are not corroded by the environment and can work effectively for a long time.
3. The structural length shall comply with standards such as GB and ASMEB16.10, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
4. The flange standards shall be implemented in accordance with GB, JB, HG, ANSI B16.5 and other standards.
Valve structural characteristics
1. The end face sealing type is full flange rubber sealing, with good sealing effect and no leakage;
2. The valve structure is simple and easy to maintain;
3. Greatly improving service life, removing bolts during maintenance only requires replacing the rubber hose, and the valve body can be reused multiple times, greatly reducing costs;
4. According to the characteristics of rubber, valves are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and impact resistant;
5. Suitable for a wide temperature range, ranging from -30 to+120 degrees Celsius.
Main components of valve: rubber hose
1. The inner layer is processed with imported natural rubber, which is mainly characterized by anti-wear, anti-corrosion, and anti scaling (hydraulic impact and casing expansion and creep make it difficult for the inner pipe wall to scale).
2. The outer layer is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant special formula rubber, which protects the inner body of the hose from external environmental damage and erosion, greatly extending its working life.
3. The skeleton (middle layer) is reinforced with multiple layers of curtain fabric, which enhances the pressure bearing capacity of the rubber hose.
4. The outer wall of the hose is equipped with manual ties to fix the bracket, ensuring the opening and closing of the hose and resistance to negative pressure;
